Radius authentication issue

I am following the guide in configuring Radius authentication on my opennms:

Authenticate OpenNMS Horizon with FreeRADIUS

But, once I have modified applicationContext-spring-security.xml`, enabled spring-security.d/radius.xml, and restarted the opennms, the GUI web page failed to load!

Here are the info for my setup (before enable radius):

The problem existed on 24.0 as well, I just upgraded my system to 24.1.0. Which log file will shed light on my problem. The jettyServer is running according to opennms -v status.

I found the problem. I didn’t install the plugin

apt install opennms-plugin-protocol-radius

Thank you.
