How can i modify ticket-id and ticket status alarms fields with REST APi? any way?

Problem:
I am trying to find the way to add a ticket id on the alarm ticket-id field without using the ticketing plugin. I want to use a external own script.
I have tried to make a put with the rest api but the rest api respond that the are not implemented, i do not know if is possible to do with it
