Cant collect on some interfaces on our Netscalers

Hi,

We have an issue where our Netscalers aren’t collecting any data for our link-aggregated interfaces but is able to collect from the non link-aggregated interfaces. I’ve tried to Ad-Hoc datacollect with the karaf shell and i got the following response back:

As you can see, our two link-aggregated interface (LA1 AND LA2) is not using the “mib2-X-interfaces” group for datacollection, so i looked at the systemDef required for the MIB2 collection and at the systemDef of the node in question to make sure that the node was a part of the MIB2 collection, which it was:

I’ve also tried snmpget with the OID ( 1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.6) ifHCInOctets on the interfaces in question, and i successfully get data back.

Any clues where to go next with the troubleshooting?

Anyone? Any steps i can take to start troubleshooting this???

Since we’re getting the mib2-X-interfaces statistics for the other interfaces we should also be requesting them for LA_1 and LA_2.

For debugging I would try temporarily switching from SNMPv2c to SNMPv1, and then trying to collect again.
